Hatfield® Marinated Pork Tenderloin Wraps

  • 1 package Hatfield® Marinated Pork Tenderloin
  • 6 large tortillas
  • 1 bag spinach leaves
  • 2 avocados sliced
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 red pepper sliced


  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup cup barbecue sauce



  • Cook the Hatfield® Marinated Pork Tenderloin according to package instructions.
  • Place 6 tortilla wraps on plates. Slice the meat and place evenly on the wraps. Top with the spinach leaves, avocado slices, cheddar cheese slices and red pepper strips.


  • Stir together the ranch dressing and barbecue sauce. Drizzle over the wraps and then close the wraps by folding the bottoms up and then the sides in. Use some toothpicks or string to keep them closed.
