Toffee Butterscotch Cookies
This cookie marries the wonderful flavors of butterscotch morsels and Heath toffee bits.

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2cups light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2cups salted butterroom temperature
  • 1/4cup whole milk
  • 2extra large eggs
  • 1tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2cups flour
  • 1teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2teaspoons baking powder
  • 8ounces Heath Toffee Bits
  • 11ounces butterscotch morsels
Instructions
  1. Beat the brown sugar and butter in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Beat in milk, eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. Next, add the flour, kosher salt and baking powder. Beat until completely mixed.
  4. Finally, add in the toffee bits and butterscotch morsels.
  5. Now comes the part where you chill the dough in the fridge for at least one hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Drop balls of dough (about 2 tablespoons each) on the parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes. Cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet and then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
