Instructions
  1. Place the Hormel Chili No Beans into the bottom of a large, microwave-safe casserole dish.
  2. Cut the Velveeta Cheese into small chunks and place on top of the Hormel Chili No Beans. (This helps melt the cheese faster if it is on top of the Hormel Chili)
  3. Melt the chili and cheese in the microwave. Heat 2 minutes, stir, repeat. Continue heating in two minute intervals and stirring until the cheese is completely melted and the nacho dip is hot.
  4. Serve with tortilla and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

If you like it thicker and meatier you can add in a pound of cooked ground hamburger or ground Italian sausage.  You can also substitute Mexican Velveeta for the regular Velveeta. A few drops of your favorite hot sauce can really give it an edge. Maybe you like beans in yours, then get the Hormel Chili with beans. Maybe chopped up onion and peppers added to it is the way to go for your gang. You can even add in some cheddar cheese to give it that gooey, stringy goodness. There is no right or wrong way. Just experiment with it! 🙂
