Who doesn’t love ice cream? Today we are going to take ice cream up a couple of notches! I am going to share with you our easy version of a fried ice cream recipe. I am stressing the word “easy!” Sydney got this recipe from her husband’s Grandma Collins. So glad she shared it with us! And you will be glad we shared it with you! 🙂 Come on, who would not want some of this deliciousness? Not only is it delicious, but look how gorgeous it is!
We could go on and on about how good this is, but you really have to try it to believe it. We just can’t describe to you how truly amazing this fried ice cream recipe is! You have to try this for yourself.
Three ingredients. That is it! Remember how “easy” I told you it was? There is no “frying” to this fried ice cream recipe. It is the non-fried version of fried ice cream. Think that makes it a little healthier? We will just assume it does! 🙂
When to use this recipe?
This recipe is one that looks like you spent a lot of time on it, but guess what? You didn’t!! Yay!! If there is anything I appreciate it is a quick and easy recipe. Some days I have extra time to spend in the kitchen and other days I am super busy. I really appreciate having go-to recipes that are not time consuming and are super easy! Thankfully, this is one of those recipes.
Invite some friends and family over today and impress them with this beautiful and delicious dessert. We will keep it our little secret as to how easy it actually was! 🙂
This is so perfect for those hot afternoon backyard cookouts and can also make an elegant statement for an intimate dinner party. Dress it up or tone it down. This recipe is also so much fun for kids to help with. They can add on some sprinkles and candy toppings for fun and color.
Sydney and I both hope that you enjoyed this recipe and also hope you have a truly spectacular day!
