These peanut clusters are one of those recipes that I have been making every year for Christmas for over 30 years. It is definitely a family favorite! We are always in charge of bringing these on Christmas Day to our family events. And the wonderful thing about this recipe is that it makes a lot!
These peanut clusters are so quick and easy to make. They are beyond delicious! If you like chocolate and peanuts then these have your name all over them. You don’t even need an oven to make these. Just melt the chocolate in the microwave and add the peanuts. That’s it! So easy it is embarrassing!
- 32 ounces white chocolate chips
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 16 ounces salted peanuts
- Melt all the chocolate in the microwave in 1 minute intervals. Stir every minute until melted.
- Once the chocolate is melted stir in the peanuts.
- Drop tablespoonfuls onto wax paper. Allow to sit until completely hardened.
Seriously, how easy is this? And don’t worry about the imperfections that happen when you drop the tablespoonfuls on the wax paper…the imperfections are what gives the peanut clusters a bit of elegance. Not one peanut cluster is exactly the same, so neat!
Everyone you share these with will be begging for the recipe! They are that good!
This is one of those recipes that you can change around. In place of the peanuts you could use walnuts or macadamia nuts. You could also add caramels or marshmallows. If you are someone who likes a little salt with your chocolate, add a little pinch of coarse sea salt on top. Play around with it and make it your own!

We hope that you give this recipe a try and that you also have a very Merry Christmas!
